ARQVANT gives every fit-out client a live view of their job: progress against the programme, photos from site, snags, finishes to choose, payments and variations to sign off, in English or Arabic. Your team keeps it current from their phones.

Four conversations you won't need to have again
Any update on site?
The daily WhatsApp from the client, and the call to the site engineer that follows.
They open the live view: progress, today's photos and who's on site.
I never agreed to that.
Variations agreed on site by voice, then argued over at the final account.
The client approves or declines each variation in the app, with the date recorded.
Why is it late?
Building management, DM or Civil Defence are holding the job, and you take the blame.
Every approval is tracked where the client can see who is waiting on whom.
Send the weekly report.
Half a day of an engineer's week spent copying progress into Excel.
The S-curve and site feed are the report, and they're always up to date.

01
Import the programme you already have
Upload your Excel or CSV programme. Activities, dates, trades and values come straight in, and the Gantt and S-curve build themselves.
About 15 minutes, and we do it with you
02
Your team posts from site
Engineers and foremen update percent complete and add photos from their phones, even in a basement with no signal: it sends itself when they're back in range. Crew numbers and authority approvals sit next to the programme.
Under a minute per update
03
Send the client one link
They see progress against plan, the latest photos and anything waiting for their decision. Variations are approved in writing, with a date.

04 · Features
Everything a fit‑out job needs, and nothing it doesn't
Programme import
Bring in the Excel or CSV programme you already use, or draft one from the fit-out library: activities, dates, trades, crew sizes and values.
Gantt and S-curve
Planned against actual, weighted by value, recalculated with every update from site.
Site updates with photos
Progress, notes and photos posted against the activity, straight from the phone on site.
Works with no signal
Updates, snags and photos made in a basement or lift core wait on the phone and send themselves when signal returns. Save plans and drawings before the site visit.
Snagging on the floor plan
Pin each snag on the drawing with before and after photos. The client checks the fix and signs it off in the app.
Handover pack
Snag list, plans, approvals, variations, drawing register and sign-off in one PDF you can download or print from any phone.
Authority approvals
Building management, DM, Civil Defence and DEWA tracked with dates and references, so the client sees who the job is waiting on.
Variations in writing
Clients approve or decline in the app. The decision and date are recorded and the contract value updates.
Business
Client selections
Send finishes and fittings with photos and prices. A choice with an extra cost becomes an approved variation, and a choice can be changed or replaced later with the full history kept.
Business
Priced by quantity
Electrical by points, HVAC by TR and CFM, finishes by m². The client sees quantity × rate and what each unit means.
Business
Payments and invoices
A payment plan linked to the programme. The client sees what is paid and due, with an alert for each invoice.
Business
Friday client report
Every Friday the client gets a one-page report: progress, photos, work done and what is next, ready to save as a PDF or print.
Business
Drawing register
Upload whole PDF sets. Every sheet keeps its revisions, older ones are stamped SUPERSEDED, and you see who opened what.
Business
Documents and compliance
Contract, permits, insurance and warranties in one place, with a warning before anything expires.
Business
Delays and extensions of time
Log each delay with its cause. Claim the days and the client approves them in writing.
Business
Delay recovery
When the programme slips, see the forecast finish, who carries each day, and every way to win the time back, costed and risked. The client signs the plan you choose.
Business
Primavera P6 and MS Project
Import a P6 (.xer or XML) or MS Project programme with its links and calendars, and export to MS Project, Primavera and Excel, in A3 or A4 PDF too.
Business
Approved materials
A schedule of every approved material with photos and spec sheets. The client can ask to change one, and the change starts a new selection.
Business
BoQ Material Calculator
Purchase requests worked out from the BoQ and the drawings, in the right unit for each material. Add the extras, the project manager signs, and it prints for purchasing.
Business
Aftercare and subcontractors
Track the defects period after handover. Subcontractors get logins to fix only the snags you give them.

05 · Pricing
One price per company. Every user included.
Plans are set by how many projects you keep in your account. Your whole team and all your clients are included on every plan.
FOUNDING
Business at AED 2,450 a month, fixed for 24 months, for the first 10 companies to join, in return for a monthly feedback call, a short case study and your logo on our site.
The 14-day free trial is the full Business plan, for up to 15 projects and 10 team logins, with 50 Ask ARQVANT questions to try. No card needed.
Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT. You're invoiced monthly or yearly in advance and pay by bank transfer. On Business, an extra project is AED 399 a month (up to 10 more) and an extra team login is AED 199 a month. Clients and subcontractors don't use team logins.
A project is free once your client confirms its handover: it stops counting and stays readable, with aftercare still open, so you never lose your records. Archived projects still count, so delete one you no longer need to free its place. The sample project doesn't count.
On Business we set up your first programme with you.
Why per company? Per-user tools charge for every engineer, foreman and QS, so teams leave people off and the information never gets in. A per-user tool at USD 64 a seat costs a 20-person site team about AED 4,700 a month.
20 seats, per-user tool≈ AED 4,700

06 · Questions
Questions contractors ask us
Do my clients have to pay or install anything?
No. Client logins are free: 2 on each project with Essentials, 8 with Business and no limit with Enterprise. Your client gets an email invite and opens their project in any browser, on a phone or a laptop.
How long does it take to set up?
Send us the Excel programme for a live job. We import it with you during a 15-minute call, then you invite your site team and the client. Most companies post their first site update the same day.
What can the client see and change?
Clients see progress against plan, site photos, snags, approvals, variations, and the drawings, selections, payments and documents you share. They approve variations, choose finishes, sign off fixed snags and approve extensions of time. Only your team can post updates or change the programme, and anything marked team-only stays hidden. Client preview shows you their exact view first.
Does it work with no signal on site?
Yes. Once ARQVANT has been opened on a phone, it opens again with no connection and shows each project as it was last loaded. Site updates, snags, "fixed" and photos made with no signal are kept on the phone, marked "Waiting to send", and send themselves when signal comes back. Before a visit, Save for offline keeps the floor plans, current drawings and recent photos on the phone. Approvals, payments and client decisions still need a connection.
How do drawings and revisions work?
On Business, upload a drawing set as PDF. ARQVANT splits it into sheets, suggests each number and title from the title block, and keeps every revision. The newest is always the current one; older ones stay on file stamped SUPERSEDED. You choose which drawings the client sees, they get an alert when a new revision is issued, and you can see who has opened each one.
Can our subcontractors use it?
Yes, on Business. Invite a subcontractor to a project and assign them snags. They see only those snags, with the plan and photos, and mark them done with a photo of the fix. Your team checks it before the client is asked to sign off. They never see your contract value, payments or documents.
What happens when the 14‑day trial ends?
Choose a plan in the app and we send you the invoice. Pay by bank transfer and carry on with nothing to move. If you decide not to continue, the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Where is our data kept, and who owns it?
You own your data. It's stored with Supabase in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1), the closest of Supabase's regions to the UAE, and only people you invite can open it. Enterprise can have a dedicated instance hosted in the UAE. If you leave, we'll export your projects for you.
Is there an Arabic version or a phone app?
Yes, Arabic is built in. Everyone switches between English and Arabic with one tap, and the alerts, emails and reports each person gets follow their language. It runs in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen, so there's nothing to install, and it keeps working on site with no signal.
Put your next live job on ARQVANT.
Fourteen days free, no card, every feature switched on. Bring your programme and we'll have your client looking at it by the end of the call.
